Intro to the Kim Diet

My name is Kim and I do not like working out, starving myself, changing my eating habits or any of those trendy crazy diets. I went from jobs where I was always walking around and rarely sat down to a job where I sat at a computer all day. I gained 35 pounds in about 2 months. Well, I have been trying to loose that weight and I tried one method after another with no success. I didn't have the motivation to continue doing something I did not enjoy. So, I changed a few small habits and dropped nearly 10 pounds in 2 weeks. This blog is dedicated to bringing you my latest no-effort weight loss methods as well as the newest health news.
